We DO NOT sell information about current or former Clients or their accounts to third parties. We protect your confidentiality by only sharing your non-public personal information as permitted by law with affiliated individuals that service your accounts, and non-affiliated companies or individuals that perform services directly for you or for us on your behalf. Unaffiliated companies may include other financial service companies such as: the companies that manage a portion of your assets; your custodian, brokers and dealers that effect trades on your behalf; and companies that provide illustrations of investment or insurance products that you requested.


We restrict access to your information to only those employees and representatives of affiliated and unaffiliated service partners who have a valid business reason to have access to your information. These companies are required to treat your private information with confidentiality and use it only for the services for which they were engaged.

We strive to maintain accurate, up-to-date Client records in accordance with industry standards. Procedures have been established to keep your information current. These procedures include responding to your requests to correct information in a timely manner.

We may also be required to disclose information to nonaffiliated parties as allowed by law to prevent fraud, respond to a subpoena or comply with an inquiry by a government or regulatory agency.
